| All our technicians are qualified mechanical people or machinists with previous records of training and experience, all documents, qualifications and previous employers are verified by our office staff prior to offering a position. |

| Every single one of our technicians are extensively trained and certified in controlled bolt tightening as a base discipline, this training is supplied by one of the biggest service companies to the global energy industry, who operate internationally in many locations around the world, a qualified western trainer conducts the classes, marks the exam papers and assesses the technicians before issuing certificates. |

The training includes class room theoretical training that addresses all the technical aspects related to tightening and loosening bolts using hydraulic torque and tension methods, bolt load calculations, the correct selection of equipment, pressure to torque conversion charts, applying torque and tension, residual pressures etc. ensuring each technician fully understands all technical procedures and techniques.
Extensive Practical training in our training facility with latest technology equipment, basic fault finding and easy repair guidance training for field situations. |

Finally, course examination papers that must have a high pass percentage to gain certification.

MMC recently had a very positive meeting with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) to obtain certified approval to be the first training centre of its kind in the Philippines, there is also a possibility of TESDA providing a larger training facility within their complex.
The senior management of a large Qatar based EPC contractor are visiting our operation in Manila at the end of March, with intent to discuss a future business relationship.
A Premier Service company to the global energy industry have recently approached the owners of JKR / MMC and expressed an interest in acquiring a percentage ownership, they intend to make a formal offer by the end of April 2011.
Mr. Tino Ko Managing Director commented,“The financial strength and technical back up of the company involved who are also a customer, could spring board our plans to move into bigger premises, expand the range of disciplines with the training they can provide, and also increase our workforce to around 300 by the end of 2011”. |
