MMC recently had a very positive meeting with TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) to obtain certified approval to be the first training centre of its kind in the Philippines, there is also a possibility of TESDA providing a larger training facility within their complex.
The senior management of a large Qatar based EPC contractor are visiting our operation in Manila at the end of March, with intent to discuss a future business relationship.
A Premier Service company to the global energy industry have recently approached the owners of JKR / MMC and expressed an interest in acquiring a percentage ownership, they intend to make a formal offer by the end of April 2011.
